this question is about 1.6x series related.
Taking this page as an example, i was wondering how to achieve this structure through ee.
If you look at the “Contents” of the page, you see a nested structured list of headings if clicked, will take you to the area of the content. Im not very sure if the page is consisted of one weblog entry or many weblog entries. Because here is the deal:
If this page is just one entry , than how can we construct such a nested listing through field list? And even if we can manage this, would this list be dynamic or static. Im not very sure if this is achievable unless we are using some sort of ff matrix aproach here. And even than it seems like a long shot.
If this page is created through submited content thats cleverly categorised, than how can we keep all these articles thats one subject, apart from others thats another subject. Because the only way to do that seems to be going through status conditioning ,saying status=“wiki” and making all your submited/will be submited content statused as wiki.
Which, kinda makes it very hard ,considering that we are maybe trying to create a dynamic site here; where all those fields should be filled with the values thats determined by the result of segment_3 ==“x” where x is the subject.
Any thoughts on the matter?
