    Hi, I’ve noticed a message at the top of my CP home saying “ExpressionEngine Version 1.6.9 is now available” which links to the download page.

    On the download page it lists:

    ExpressionEngine 2.x Control Panel Themes
    ExpressionEngine 2.0 Documentation and
    ExpressionEngine 1.6.9 Documentation.

    After downloading the 1.6.9 and following the update instructions it lists the folders to update as:

    * system/
    * themes/
    * index.php

    However, the download doesn’t contain these folders/files.

    Any thoughts?

    What did you actually download? While you do have a support credit attached to your account I don’t see an EE license as such, so you wouldn’t be able to download the full version.

    I think it was the documentation. I have supplied an EE licence on a couple occassions in previous communications with the sales team. What do I have to do to get access to the full version? I have the EE licence on hand if need be.
