    Hi

    I’ve created a Member group for adding and editing documents on an #EE website (v1.6.9).
    In the Publish tab when creating a new entry or editing an existing entry they cannot access the Open status under options, only Closed.
    However, they can bulk update the status of entries to either Open or Closed via the Edit Tab.

    I’ve checked the Status Groups settings and the defined Member Group has the appropriate access permissions.

    Any suggestions

    Sorry, as soon as had posted forum I discovered the issue.
    I hadn’t explicitly established the relationship between the Status Group and the Weblog(s) in question.
    As you were - will leave this post here in the futile hope that somebody as stupid as me might encounter the same issue.
