Without changing anything I am now unable to save templates. Perhaps something happened on the server but I have no clue what. I just installed a fresh version of Expression Engine to be sure my database or install were not corrupt, but this installation has similar problems as before. Updating the standard templates results in being redirected to the site, while the templates remain unchanged. The problem seems to be in including certain html tags, such as <html>. Help! :(
