Client can't manually register a new member

    What could be causing a client from being able to manually register a new member?

    This client actually sent me a screen cast of his process and, sure enough, when he clicks submit the system seems to save the new member as expected, but the new member does not appear in the member list.

    I’ve attempted to reproduce this error using his Admin login credentials on Mac Safari and IE8 (using VMWare) but EE saves the new members without a problem for me in both environments.

    I would appreciate any thoughts.

    Paul,

    I assume the client has cleared their cache and cookies and tried logging in again. What browser is the client using, and have they tried another? Did this just stop working recently?

    Thanks. It was indeed a caching issue.
