Been through the forums looking for some additional information on this and I’ve see various issues regarding the file location.  After trying all of those, I am now looking for some assistance.

I believe I have tried just about everything to upload the member information, I put it into XML format, validated it and posted it on the server. For some reason I can’t seem to locate it, not sure what I am doing wrong here.

I have placed it in the root folder and even named it members.xml

    Here is the error message:

“INVALID PATH! File does not exist: ../members.xml”

    Suggestions?

    Thank you

Are you referring to the member import utility?

The path is relative to your ‘system’ directory - are you running EE in a sub folder? What happens if you stick the members.xml file in the system directory itself and just supply members.xml as the path?
