Hi,

I have a huge amount of entries which have an even larger amount of relationships, (my exp_relationships database table has over 33,000 rows).

I’m deleting all of the entries in my channel and I want to delete most of the relationships these entries created but I’m worried about what might happen if I do.

Is there any relationships that cannot be deleted, how to I identify these?

First thing you should do is make & verify a backup of your database. After that you would simply delete the relationships that you no longer need. It might be a bit of trial and error,  but there should be none that can’t be deleted, no.
