Everyone knows that the best way to learn a language is to read others code. Is there anywhere where people put EE code for beginners like myself to look at? I’ve tried to find some but haven’t found anything really.

Back when I was learning, I found the best place to get examples were:
This particular tutorial that helped A LOT: http://www.train-ee.com/courseware/free-tutorials/category/building-a-small-business-site/
This book that I bought and loved: http://www.amazon.com/Building-Websites-ExpressionEngine-1-6-professional/dp/184719379X/
Ryan Irelan’s new book would be great too: http://eequickstartguide.com/

I’ve been to that sight and built a green web site myself. I’ve also bought the new book from Pragmatic Programmers site and worked through it as well. I’m now wondering if there are some other examples around. Something like getting on to a source forge type of thing where I can look at code that’s been written by others to get ideas.
Thanks for the suggestion though I really like the site that you suggested.
