    It seems I already had it enabled. But the spam is still coming through. Is there anything else I can do or should check?

    ONly up to the point when I have to manually let them through. But even in a couple of days I can have up to a 100 spam applications to every two or three real ones to sort through…

    You could perhaps try to use a different CAPTCHA, see if it makes a difference. Sadly, a lot of spam these days is fueled by cheap human labor, so manual registration might be the only feasible solution in the long run.

    Hi Mick,

    Unfortunately registration spam is going to be an issue regardless of software. Have you had a look at this Accessible Captcha plugin? It might just do the trick.
