I want to give my co-workers access to the Tech Support forum while I am on maternity leave. I do not want to give them access to my account/persona. I’ve created a generic account to share with them but could not find a way in my control panel to move our site license from my account to theirs.
Ideally I’d like to switch it back after I return from maternity leave, but if I have to stick with one account, I’d like it to be the generic one for the firm in case I ever leave them.
Please advise.
