    Hello,

    When i go to CP Home ›  Admin ›  Utilities ›  Extensions Manager, all i see is a blank page… i’ve made sure the following was set on my server:

    permissions set to 666:
    path.php
    system/config.php
    system/config_bak.php

    permissions set to 777:
    images/avatars/uploads/
    images/captchas/
    images/member_photos/
    images/pm_attachments/
    images/signature_attachments/
    images/uploads/
    system/cache/

    so what could be happening? i’m running ee 1.6.8, and my web server is running Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES 4 or 5 (they say it’s either version, there’s no specification—not sure if that makes a big diff here!) running Apache 2.2.

    thanks!

    Hi fsp,

    This is likely to be caused by an extension. Please edit your system/config/config.php file and change this:

    $conf['allow_extensions'] = "y";

    to this:

    $conf['allow_extensions'] = "n";

    Now, you should be able to access the Extensions Manager again. Which extensions do you have installed?

    Cheers

    Greg

    Hi Greg,

    thanks for your fast response! i actually don’t have any extensions installed—and when i checked my config file, allow extensions was already set to “n”... could anything else be causing this?

    thanks,

    sarah

    Sarah,

    A blank page is usually a hdden error of sorts. Can you try and get some error reporting going?
