So i wanted to watch a specific youtube trailer on repeat a couple of 100 times (Final Fantasy 13 International trailer), but couldn’t use my primary screen cause flash kept minimizing.
The fix is suprisingly simple, a quick DLL replace (which you can get here) simply replace the same file in C:/Windows/system32/Macromed/Flash or C:/Windows/SysWOW64/Macromed/Flash if you’re using Win7 64bit, make sure to back up the old file first!
After a simple browser restart you can now watch flash in fullscreen without having it minimized when you focus on something else! =) You can still close the flash with the escape key, or in Win 7 by hovering the browser icon in the toolbar and close the Flash Player program.
