    Hi,

I’d need to know whether the EE2.0 Non-Commercial License would be applicable in the following case. I suspect not, but I must confirm it in order to inform my client.

    * The site consists of a directory of professional services related to the event management industry in a specific region (two islands).
    * The project is mainly funded by the local and regional authorities, but the owner is private (my client).
    * The owner won’t be selling ad space, premium services or charging sign up fees. In other words, it won’t be making money directly from it.

    Thanks.

This sounds like it would be more appropriate on a commercial license, janogarcia.

Does “sounds like it would be more appropriate” mean that it depends on further details or is a definite NO?

    Thanks.

Hi, janogarcia - from what you describe the site would be run by a business for the purposes of assisting the business industry, which would make it a commercial license.
