Hmm, now I’m having some problems with the server paths. I have other EE sites on Rackspace Cloud, so I’m familiar with the issues. This doesn’t quite seem to be one of them. I’m getting the following error when saving my membership preferences:

The following path you submitted is not valid:

I’ve looked at my other sites’ paths and it’s correct. I do not get this error when saving the Templates folder either. It looks like the same underlying problem I was having here though too - the CP is just not able to see some of the folders/dirs. I checked the php settings and open_basedir is NULL. I’m stumped. Anyone got any ideas?

If you upload a simple PHP file to echo out the full server path, and upload it to the “signature_attachments” folder… Then browse to that file, what is the output? Does is match your system path in the CP?

See this KB article, for a code example.

Ah, that’s interesting. I’m seeing the OLD server path, from before the migration. How’s that possible?

Your seeing the old path in the php output I just had you do? Or the CP.

For good measure, it is always good to manually clear the cache via FTP.

Go to the “cache” folder, located at system/cache/, and remove everything but the index.html file. Also ensure that the “cache” directory is writable (777).
