    Hello,
I was wondering whether anybody has an idea what the following problem could be: - when trying to access the Extension Manager, the browser just returns an empty, white page - no errors, no errors in the log files on the server. everything else seems to work just fine.

thank you in advance for your input.

Issue could be solved by changing to PHP5?!

Is that a question or a statement, re: changing to PHP5? My guess would be a rogue (or, in this context, perhaps PHP5-only) extension that screws up the extensions manager. When you disable all extensions, does it work? If so, turn them off and on again, one by one, see where it breaks.

I don’t have a solution for this, but the same problem. It started out as described in this post. I upgraded to 1.6.8. and since then my Extension Manger draws blank. Th server uses PHP 5.2.9.

    Anyone?

Have you both tried Ingmar’s suggestion yet?

Let us know what you find. Thanks!

    Adam,
how can I turn off all extensions when I can not access the extension manager? Is there another besides going through the database? I might end up doing this.

    thanks

Hmm… Your still getting a completely blank page, after disabling extensions via the config.php file (/system/config.php)?

Are you experiencing any other CP issues or just the Extensions Manager page?

Can you share with us your installed extensions? We may have to walk you through, manually removing them from the DB.

    Adam,
    I go it fixed.
The User Module was not completely installed. The extension and language file were there, but not the actual module file..doh.
All that said, I was developing on an unfamiliar server with limited admin access. The server was not spitting out any error messages, just the blank extension page. I moved the DB and files over to another server and voila, I was getting an error message pointing to the problem.

    thanks for your help.
