Which version do you play? (I assume civ 4). I stopped gaming a long time ago, but Civilization is one of the few guilty pleasures I have. I own every copy ever made (Yes you read that right, I actually BOUGHT the games), and every 2-3 weeks I plan a night off with a good friend of mine to play either against each other or against the AI. It’s a great game with a very nice developer community (as in they actually visit civfanatics forum and fix broken or out of balance game concepts if there was a lot of complaints about it on the forum).

Can’t wait for the next one 😊

Me two, stopped gaming. Every once in a while me and some friends get to getter and play the night through. Civ 4 is dandy. I’m not into the updates or anything… I think where playing the as shipped version. Not sure. We’re not only playing comp-games, but mostly. Theres often some fierce starcraft battles. Now that is the best lan-game ever made!

Civ games are so addicting. Just one more turn!

I play Civ4 when I exercise. It makes the time pass so quickly. I have a recumbent bike near my pc, so I pull it up, adjust my big display and mouse accordingly, and resume where I last left off.

Shoot, you’re clever! Thats the kind of stuff that should give you the Nobel price.

Just don’t become an exercise junkie.  😉

I just started a new Civ game with a friend and eventhough I got 2 religions with the shrines AND the spiral minaret, he’s kicking my ass in science. Damn financial leader!!

I am an avid gamer myself, when I played this game, I just find myself getting so muchinto what strategy I’m going to use. I like building my own world, i like being the zulu people. I really miss playing this.
