    I use Google.

And, i wanted too see which deliver better result so, i have created a page where i can get result from all three major search engines Google, Yahoo and Bing.

So, now i can say i use all of above at once 😊

    zoosper.com

Visit above website and search & compare result for ‘Codeigniter’.

    TODO:
    ——-
    Most searched
    Most Liked
Make More Hard to Guess The Engine
Search Option for videos, images as well.

    EDIT: after wiredesignz’s suggestion:
    ———————————————————-
Well I just grab result from 3 search engines and modify some css and display in one page. I tried to make the same display style for all but due to lack of time i haven’t completed it yet. Hoping to do some work on the weekend. Also on the result page i have some banners on the top and bottom of the page. So, including ‘fun’ of getting results in same page, i make $0.0001 per page view from adbrite. I created this page as fun and thought others may like the idea but its not new idea though as there are other sites too which do same.

All feedbacks welcome. Thanks to wiredesignz for suggestion to write more info.

@dbashyal, Maybe you should change the tag line to say you also get advertising revenue from that site. I notice the obscure javascript tags and code related to AdBrite.

At the very least you shouldn’t try to hide this fact by calling it fun.

Well may be like this?? “I also make <$1.00 per month as advertising revenue from Adbrite.”

Yes but you only post here to get search engine ranking and it’s not like you are providing any service to the community.

You my friend are just spamming the forums.

I think the Lounge is created to talk about anything either its related to codeigniter or not, either its related to community service or not. If you are talking about service to community yes i have open source ‘codefight cms’ built with codeigniter.

Very much disappointed with the word ‘spamming’.

Yeah the lounge is for off topic discussion, but it’s not your private advertising space.

    EDIT:
We all try to earn a living from the internet and/or from those other people that use it, but most of us are more open about our methods.

@dbashyal, It’s not about removing the thread, its about how you described the site to the community and why.

Rather than try to trick people to use it by asking which search engine people use, you could have explained how it works and earned some real feedback at a developer level.

Thats a good suggestion wiredesignz. But i find no trick or hidden things in the description. Everything is mentioned there that i have created a page where i show result from all 3 search engines.

I don’t know what more explaination is needed. But as i type this i feel like may be i should have asked for ‘feedback’.

I’ll now add few lines above.

I use search engines which can be trusted and are maintained by people who actually know what they’re doing.
