    Hi,

I have a blog post linked to a gallery through a related field.

Now, I want the post to show 4 images from the gallery if the related field is empty. But I can’t get an exp:gallery:entries loop running inside an exp:weblog:entries loop.

Any idea how I can manage this?

    Thank you.

    Hello Indranil

I honestly haven’t used the EE gallery. If I remember correctly it means having to have all the modules available for users to access.

Maybe there’s another way to accomplish what it is you’re trying to do? That said, it’s not entirely clear to me what that is. But maybe that’s a function of my having side stepped the gallery?

No worries. I found out how to do it. You need to embed a template containing the gallery code into the blog post, and it works.

You can control exactly what modules show up per user group.

Thanks Mike. I must have overlooked that. I thought it was global in that Modules or no Modules. I didn’t realize I can be granular @ the individual module level.
