One of the site administrators emailed to let me know she suddenly can’t upload. I logged in using her UserID and password, and had the same problem—the popup for file uploads from the Publish page says, “You are not authorized to access this page.” She has always been able to upload before, and as the super admin, I haven’t made any changes that would cause this (that I know of). I’ve looked at every setting I can think of and don’t see any way to correct this. I’ve even tried giving her a new account.
Anyone know what I need to do to fix this?
