I just update my installation of EE to 1.6.8 Build 20090723 along with the Discussion Forum Module and now whenever I try and view the Modules page I am presented with this error message…

    Error
Unable to load the following language file:
    lang.forum_themes.php

I’ve double and triple checked the download that I got for the Discussion Forum module and there are definitely only two language files included; “lang.forum.php” and “lang.forum_cp.php”.

I’ve tried searching the forums but to no avail, any help would be appreciated - thanks!

Thanks Lisa… I guess I had place the “forum_themes” and “forum_attachments” folders inside “system/modules/” instead of inside “system/modules/forum/”.
Problem seems to be solved - thanks for your help 😊

    Matt,

I’m glad that did it for you.  Closing this thread out.  Don’t hesitate to start a new one if anything else comes up!

I just re-opened this to respond quickly:

Thanks Lisa… I guess I had place the “forum_themes” and “forum_attachments” folders inside “system/modules/” instead of inside “system/modules/forum/”.

Those two folders should not go into /system/modules/forum - they should go into

    /themes/forum_themes/

    and /images/forum_attachments/

See Steps 3 and 4 of the forum installation docs. =)

As Greg said, if anything else comes up, please don’t hesitate to start a new thread!
