This question may be related to a resolved thread.

I am getting this odd line on my login screen for my forum:“You must be the logged-in owner of this image in order to delete it.”

Following the related thread, I have deleted the lang reference for that part of the login form, but for some reason, it still appears!  It’s as though there is a different source for my forum login form now that rather than the templates under discussion forum.

Please help.  This is quite confusing to our users.

    craiguffman,

Do you use Solspace’s Gallery Extended add-on as per the related thread?

craighuffman, have you posted over on the Solspace forums for support?

    Sue,
Note that I have followed the same process as the gentleman in the related post and I have disable the Solspace extension of the Gallery.  I am pointing out that, nonetheless, the login screen for my forum does not match the login screen code I have in the forum templates.  I have attached an image current login screen, and you can see it live at here

But compare that to the actual code for my login form template below.  Notice that it no longer says the message I reported about an image.  After I disable the gallery extension, the message changed to what you now see.  But that is still not what is in my code.

What gives?  Is there another source of code from which this login form is derived?

It might be some sort of caching issue, or something like that. Have you tried clearing your caches, perhaps use the example code from the EE docs? I still think it’s an issue with Gallery Extended.
