    Hello,

I have used EE on a few sites now, and have not seen this yet. First, I am running EE 1.6.7 commercial. PHP is 5.2.6 and the database is mySQL 5.0.67.

This is what is happening. When a new member registers, they are able to sign up, validate their account through their email. But when they try to login, they get the message saying that their account is not in the database and can’t login.

When I login to the CP as a super admin, I go to the view members and the system says that their are 3 members, but only my super admin account is shown in the list. When I try to filter the members using the drop downs, it still will only show the super_admin account.

I can use the manage database table utility to view the members, and all the members are there, but the system doesn’t seem to recognize it anywhere else. I have members that want to sign up, but it is not working correctly.

Any help figuring this out would be great.

    Thanks,

How are you signing them up? The control panel? Some special template? You might try to replace your EE files with a fresh set, just to rule out file corruption. Also, are you using any extensions?

Sorry for the late response, it must have been a corrupted file. I replaced the files and it fixed it. Thanks.
