Are there any knowledge base add-ons out there?
If not, anyone have any preferred methods/tips on creating one with EE?

Have you seen our KnowledgeBase? All out of the box.
It’s a weblog with custom fields with the magic done in the templates using HTML, CSS, and standard EE tags.
