unencoding email addresses

    ok so ee encodes all emails. this is just fine 99% of the time. however i’m developing a flash based map that pulls infro from ee via xml. and i need the emails to be unencoded. how do i go about doing this?

    There is currently no option to turn encoding off a per-case basis. You could, of course, turn it off globally and use {encode} where you want that function. Otherwise, you’d need a feature request.

    By deselecting “Automatically turn URLs and email addresses into links?” in Admin > Weblog Administration > Weblog Management > Edit Preferences.
