    Hey guys,

been trying to work out a little problem for a while now and doesn’t seem to make sense

Recently launched a competed site live which had the member/forgot_password link working correctly - see here: http://iabaustralia.gabrieltamborini.com.au/ (forgot password link is on the top right).

However when I moved the site over to its new home (http://www.iabaustralia.com.au), the forgot password link stopped working.

I’ve checked the theme paths to ensure they are correct, I’ve checked to confirm my member trigger word didnt somehow change itself and I meticulously went through the system ensuring everything was exactly the same.

The only difference I can see is that the new home requires “Force URL query strings” set to “YES”.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    sosolatin,

Can you turn on error reporting under Debug Preference
Admin ›  System Preferences ›  Output and Debugging Preferences

Then visit http://www.iabaustralia.com.au/index.php?/member/forgot_password/ - is anything output?

If yes - what is the error?

    Hey john,

    thanks for the help.

    I set the debugging to:
2: PHP/SQL error messages shown to anyone - NOT SECURE

    still blank…

You probably need to configure PHP to display errors as well. A blank page is, more often that not, indicative of a suppressed error.
