    Hi,

Can EE give me these features:

-Comments to forum. When a new news article is created a corresponding forum topic is autocreated either as “admin user”, the author of the articles` user or some designated “autocreate” user.
On the bottom of the article page it shows ie. the five last forum posts regarding the topic of the article and when new visitors makes a comment they will be directed to the forum.

-Queue-system for news articles submitted by multiple registrated users. When an article is submitted by a user, it has to be approved by an admin before it goes live on the frontpage.

-it has to be easy to submit news articles. my grandma should be able to write an article with uploaded images.

    Welcome to EE!

Yes that can be done. Look for the “Discuss” link on the EE Blogs page to see it in action.

On the bottom of the article page it shows ie. the five last forum posts regarding the topic of the article and when new visitors makes a comment they will be directed to the forum.

I’ve not done that myself but you can show things like latest forum topics on any EE generated page. Without looking at it more closely I would imagine that you’d be able to show the last “x” posts from the forum topic in some way or other either using template tags or a custom SQL query. I’d put my money on yes!

-Queue-system for news articles submitted by multiple registrated users. When an article is submitted by a user, it has to be approved by an admin before it goes live on the frontpage.

Yes, new submissions can be moderated as you suggest.

-it has to be easy to submit news articles. my grandma should be able to write an article with uploaded images.

If you can use a web browser and type text no problem. There are lots of ways to deal with image uploads, depending on what you need.

    Thanks Bluedreamer,

Think I`ve finally found a winner for my project after testing joomla, drupal and modxcms. Hope this will be a better journey than with the others. Too tired of all the buggy, bloated code 😊
