    Hello folks,

Is it possible to hold anonymous comments for approval, but allow those of registered users through immediately? The idea is that the client gets alerted when anonymous visitors comment and then can moderate them, but that visitors who are members and logged in can post comments direct, without the client being alerted about their posts or needing to approve them for publication.

I know that you can set things up so that the client has to approve comments before publication and that you can also require registration in order to post them, but I’m not sure whether there is a way to bring these two processes together.

My understanding is that these are both all or nothing. Moderate or not. Registered or not.

    Any ideas?

Brilliant - thanks Ingmar. So I was wrong, I can have my cake and eat it.
