One of my clients is local community magazine project thats produced by young volunteers. They need the ability to share files (often upto 200mb) so different people can work on them (eg sharing photography with the page layout designers).
Originally I setup an FTP account, but this appears to be too slow and many of the volunteers don’t seem to be using it since it’s not something they are used to.
I’ve looked at Dropbox, and that seems like it might be a posiblity, although the web interface is a bit confusing, requires registration, and I have a feeling the volunteers will get very confused about downloading the program (you dont need to download the program to use the service).
I was wondering if anyone can reccomend anything else, maybe a php based file managers that could be added into EE templates with membership conditional (keeping it single sign on)?
