Run forum index page from a different url

Hello!

I have been running my forums from the installed path, that means that the forum URL is http://mysite.com/index.php/forums/.

How can i run my forums from a different link, for example http://mysite.com/newforums/ if i want to?

What changes should i make in files or preferences to make that possible?

try doing a search for ‘remove index.php’, that’ll get you the url you want
