Forgive this message, it is purely i am sure just looking for how this feature is named!!!
But when you login, search, etc… A splash screen comes up…
What is the screen called?
Once I know this i assume i will easily be able to find a template, css, and other related bits so i can customise it!!!

Try Admin -> Specialty Templates -> User Message Template =)

I think you are looking for the user message templates.

thanks guys. not what i expected it to be called coming from CI and other software, but now i know its all i need!
