    Hi Gang,

I have a question about the downloads area. I have a couple of EE clients (soon to be more!!). When I purchased the last license - a personal license and the forums module - I put my login information in for the purchase even though I made the purchase with the clients’ credit card and in her name so she would be the owner. I just received notice of renewal for the download subscription for my first client’s commercial license. But since I’d put my login information in when I’d purchased the second license, my second client - was sent an email about the renewal. Luckily she’s kind of oblivious to these kinds of things, but can I purchase a license using the clients information but retain it under my account? And can I remove this clients email info from someplace so that she doesn’t receive an email about renewal in the future??

Does any of this make sense?
    Thanks,
    Vanessa

PS Hope I put this in the right location…..

    Hi, Vanessa,

Can I ask that you email sales with these questions?  They are specific to you and we may need to check private details before figuring out the end answer.

    Thanks!

    Hey Lisa!

Sure, no problemo. That’s what I’d started to do then thought they might direct me over here. LOL! One of these days I’ll figure all this out.

    Thanks, M’Dear.
