Why have some of my tables changed from InnoDB to MyISAM

    Hi

I have a question about my EE database. I am running 1.6.4 and MSM.

I have a large website that I have tried to move across servers and I came across a few tables that have a MyISAM type as opposed to InnoDB. I have read a few forums/articles on this and am happy to test changing them back to InnoDB but I was hoping that someone could tell me how this could have happened in the first place. A fresh EE install seems to have the tables set as InnoDB so why would they have changed? The tables in question are the category tables.

    Many thanks
    Michael

This is not something that EE would have changed; do you have any idea *when* this occurred?  You might ask your host as well.

I have no idea when this happened. I have changed it back and it doesn’t seem to have affected anything on the site. I will just keep an eye on it. Thanks Lisa.
