Ah, sorry, what do you mean? The “New Topic” button is only displayed if you have permission to post in this forum.

Yes i’m login as Super Admin and there are my options inside forum:
* Logged in as: Admin
* Private Messages (0)
* Your Public Profile
* Your Control Panel
* Member List
* Log-Out
* Back to Page
But I cant find post New Topic ??

You actually need to go into the forum you want to post in first. Also, a Superadmin is not automatically an Admin in the forums, although he can change that easily if he wants to.

Aaaa you see this will be a problem. How I can check who is a forum administrator then and how I can setup or manage new one ???

Note: We solved that issue via PM, it tunred out to be a template problem (the Post New Article link was unintentionally hidden all the time.) Closing.
