Hi,
I’m using PayPal IPN for different sites so I can’t set the IPN URL in my profile. In the documentation there’s an option 2 mentioned.
Option 2
Specify the URL in the notify_url variable on appropriate transaction types. If you specify an IPN URL in this manner, it will override the URL defined in your Profile settings.
Is this supported by EE for the Simple Commerce module? It would simplify life quite a bit.

Not as such, I think, but you can always roll your own PayPal code, so to speak, while still using the SCM. Moved to Howto.

Thanks for the info. Though this is not an option for me since I’m not a programmer.
