Are avatars and member photos independent of each site with MSM?
Here are some things I’m wondering about..
* What happens when a user uploads an avatar or member photo with a filename that already exists?
* If I opt to use the same avatar and member_photo directory, am I able to draw the same avatar across all sites for a given user?
* Are users able to have a unique member photo or avatar on different sites?
