I couldn’t find any answer in Docs.
The questions is: Can I create with MSM an “independent” website. I mean with its own Members List, Site/Forum Statistics, etc.

Though members are avaialable across all MSM sites, you can define which member groups have access to which sites.
So you could, in theory, create a member group that only has access to one “independent” site.
