I am unable to save my templates as a text file.  I think its due to directory structure but I have tried all that I can think of and I have made sure that the file folder is chmod to 777.  Here is the path my FTP program gives me: /.tomterry/dentalblog/template_files

I have tried all variations..

Any ideas?

Thanks I know I am missing something stupid, but instead of it costing me a monitor , I rather ask for help 😊

Under templates > global template preferences did you make sure to include a “Basepath to Template File Directory”. You would then put the server path to where your templates folder is going to be located.

You know Like I said it was going to be something stupid that I missed and it was, I messed up the directory by spelling, and also by a /.  Thanks all.
