If you own the site then you should be able to login via your control panel which might be plesk or cpanel or something like that and then change it from there. If you don’t know if you have a control panel or don’t know where to find it then it would be best to contact your hosting provider as they will either be able to give you more information on how to do this or if they don’t allow you to do this directly then they will be able to do this for you.
