Hi.. I’m displaying the CP Home Back end in the template in the front end. With the specific user level setting. Ex. the member could view the control panel in the front end of the site. would it be possible that i could customize the control panel for the member only without affecting the control panel in ee/system? I mean i just want only to customize the control panel in the front end. thanks..

Try your hand at copying and editing an existing theme in the themes/cp_themes directory.
It will be available via the My Account tab. You could possibly hard-wire it for individual members by setting that yourself and not giving them access to the My Account tab.
