I’ve had to move EE to a new domain after this problem last week.
Now I’ve created a new template group and added an index template. When I go to’View Rendered Template’ it takes me to the log in page for EE.
It should be going to http://eetest.warwicks-uk.com/index.php.
I’ve looked in: CP Home › Admin › Weblog Administration › Weblog Management › Edit Weblog › Path Settings › Weblog url
and it is set correctly. I’m sure there must be some other control somewhere else.

Check in ‘Admin- System Prefs- General Config’- there are a couple of key paths there that may need tweaking.

(Also- I’m going to edit your post a wee bit so folks can’t figure out your system folder name- always good to keep that private.)
