Okay, this may sound like an incredibly stupid question, but I’m going to ask it anyway.

I installed MAMP and Headdress on my MacBook Pro. All the settings on both this installation and my Mac are correct. I created a local test install of Expression Engine core to play around with. The thing is, when I post an entry it is always one hour ahead.

In the localization settings I have DST set to ‘no’ and ‘honor the DST settings’ set to ‘yes’. Still I have the problem.

Any suggestions? Its not that big of a deal and as far as EE goes, it is incredible and I plan on switching over at some point in the near future.

Thanks for helping me out with such an idiotic question.

Never mind my question. Figured it out. Needed to set the localization setting for the user as well. Oops!
