Who goes there? I’ve never been. Right now I can’t check because I’m in windows and I don’t want to install mIRC, which unbelievably *charges* people. Plus in truth, IRC generally smacks of elitism and kinda turns me off…except for the open channels.
Oh did anyone read about that black hole that is 18 billion times the size of our sun? OJ287

Right now there are 34 members online! 😛 I’ve only been on a couple of times and there wasn’t much happening. Actually, there wasn’t anything happening - but obviously “something” goes on, otherwise there wouldn’t be 34 members online right now would there???
Yeah IRC is one of “THOSE” things and in truth I downloaded Colloquy for Mac JUST to check out the CI IRC channel.

CI IRC channel is pretty much always idle. I idle in there under the name awpti - rarely see much chat going on.

The freenode irc channel is not always active indeed, we just pass the new year period.

The channel has been and will keep being more and more active.
you have to add timezone with only 34 people usually make some timezone more active than other.
