I’d like to insert keywords or tags instead of categorizing my posts. Is there any alternative to the commercial Tag Module?

A long while back there was one that I & Phoebe wrote called Keywords, but it’s not available any more.
I think you’ll find the $40 are well spent on the Tag module.

Absolutely have to agree with the above. The Tag module is simply fantastic and will do an awful lot that you want it to do and then with a little bit of creative thinking, a lot more! 😊
There was another one I believe called **EDIT - FOUND LINK!!** Simple Tags. This is also pretty good but doesn’t have quite so many options in it.
Really though for $40 it isn’t a lot to pay for such as well-rounded piece of software.

I actually have a site in the making at the moment which is using the Tag module exceptionally heavily and I have to say hands down that I could not have made the site possible had it not been for it. Unfortunately I can’t link to the site at the moment as it is password protected but once it is up and running I will be sharing it on the forums so keep a look out!! 😊
