    We’re giving Robin, Lisa, Sue, and Allard a much needed break over the holidays so they can start the new year fresh. As such support during the holidays while be lighter than usual. Rest assured that all critical issues will be handled in the typical expedient fashion. By critical we mean security, purchase, and download related issues.

    Whatever you believe or celebrate this holiday season we wish you a restful time full of friends, family, laughter, and delicious food.

    The support staff have been superb and I take my hat off to them all. It is no exaggeration when EllisLab says that Support is a Feature.

    I’m looking forward to 2008!

    Have a great holiday, the support staff have been awesome.

    My vote is they get free plane tickets to someplace warm! and a new car when they get back…
    Best to all at EE, and next year is going to be even more awesome. Millions of new users…as the word spreads that EE is number 1 CMS.

    While y’all gone we have duct tape to hold things together, so no worries 😉

    Totally agree that they deserve a break. I’m sure that between all of us we can hopefully keep things together and all help out others wherever we can.

    A nice warm place for them to go to sounds good too but remember to let them know that they do have to come back at some point!! 😊

    Hope you all have a great Christmas as you definitely deserve it.

    Here’s to 2008 and all the new goodness that I’m sure it and EllisLab will bring towards us all.

    Great support, and they deserve a break. 

    I feel for poor Derek Jones, though…. looks like he’s gonna get the bulk of support work for the moment (and maybe we’ll even see Rick chime in?  :D) 

    Seriously, though: I really appreciate Ellislab staff.  They do a great job.
