Hi,
Hopefully this hasn’t been asked before but I was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction. The title pretty much says it all but basically after say every third reply I want to add some advertisement (most likely Adsense) within the thread view of the forum.

You’d probably need some sort of extension to do this.
If you glance through the list of available Extension Hooks you’ll find some that are available for the forum.
