    Hi

I have downloaded the core version of EE and I am liking it.

The only issue I am worried about is, is the content of the pages easily updated by the end user?

My client does not know a thing about computers etc, so it needs to be really easy to update text, insert images etc.

I have tried MODX CMS system and this is very easy for the client to update the content, just wondering can EE be as easy as this?

    Thanks

It can be as easy as the developer makes it. In standard form, the client just needs to deal with standard forms for adding/editing entries. One can create Stand Alone Entry/Edit forms for even further streamlining. A lot depends on the site and the developer.

This where I find EE’s ability to handle multiple weblogs, each with their own set of custom fields, to be come in very handy. That way, I can custom tailor the add/edit form to match the data that the end user will be working with.
