I am starting to dig into the gallery module (in case you couldn’t tell by the myriad of questions on the forum from me) and I have a best practices question for all you smart people.

I upload all my images in the same size, either 800x533 or 533x800. I would like to thumbnails of 150x100 and 100x150 and medium images of 450x300 and 300x450.

My question is, do you think I am better off with three copies of each image (i.e. let EE create them on upload) or use a dynamic image resizer a la phpThumb or the new Image Sizer plugin?

Thoughts?

I thought I just had…if I have all the images created on upload, I can’t change them when I want to change the design!!!

Off to Image Sizer or phpThumb as I will changing my design a lot and I don’t want to have to re-upload anything.
