    Hi all,

I’m wondering if/how it would be possible to use EE to dynamically generate pdf files from blog content?

It seems it’s possible using straight php but I know nothing about how to do this… has anyone done this before using EE?

    Just wondering….

    Hi Varen,

Not sure if this is any help at all?

    http://web2.pdfonline.com/

It enables you to place a button on any page and have it output as a PDF file. Not absolutely brilliant in all cases but may be good enough for what you need?

    Hope it helps.

    Best wishes,

    Mark

Here is a thread that (on the second page) provides some code that could be used with fpdf (a free product at http://www.fpdf.org) that can be used to generate pdf’s from the contents of a blog. I tried it and it worked.

You install fpdf on your server.
    Create a template in EE
and Set a link that sends your entry to the template.

But the thread above explains it better I think.
