When someone registers and it sends them an email, is it possible to customize the email to have it include their username and password as reminders?

If you view the various specialty templates, it will let you know what variables are available for use. Username often is.
However, password never is. The passwords use, by default, SHA1 (though they can use MD5 if you choose at installation); this is a one-way encryption, you can not echo it out to the page. It’d be pretty poor security otherwise, eh? =)
They can use the forgot password link, however, to reset their password.
