    CI Lee

    Hello All,

Before the great merger of all the forums I was known around here on the CI Forums as “Lee”....

Then when the merger came I became “CI Lee” because a member on another board joined prior to me and was able to keep that name, fair enough.

However that member 1206 has not visited the site in over 3 years, and has a total of 2 forum posts, a started topic and a comment.

Can I please have the CI removed from my name? I had tried to contact that member however their email bounced at the time.

    .... I’ll pay! Up to and including $0.76 (Canadian not American… :D)

Does anyone agree or is there something unethical about that?

Definitely not… the name “CI Lee” makes me think of you as a little asian boy “See? I Lee!”

I kinda keep hoping that I might login and see that the CI is just gone… it would be more fun and much more satisfying that way.

It may take hours, weeks, years or maybe it will never happen. However if it does….

See I Lee would be able to stop defending his name.

I think it is more like having a rank in your name, like cpt for captain.  You are the CI Lee which is much cooler than the other Lee.  Also, it shows that you were around pre-merger.  Wear it like a badge of honor… or something.  😉

    Very True John…

Any chance then that I could have “Resident Slacker” replace “Member” under my name?
I think it suits very well.

Then I could Be “CI Lee, Resident Slacker”

Agree with John… CI is like a badge of honor.
Me too I’m proud of wearing it

And CI Lee sounds to me something between General Lee and D.C. Lee (do you remember? The female singer in the Style Council   🙄  mmhhh… I fell in love with her…)

Not so loud.  Now everyone is going to change their screen names so that CI is in front of them.  😉
